Other Voices: Ones To Watch – Ailbhe Reddy

Other Voices is right around the corner and we have decided to put together a list of our ones to watch at Other Voices 2015. Our eight act on this list who was just announced for Other Voices 2015 is Ailbhe Reddy.

Ailbhe Reddy is somebody who we have followed closely ever since first finding her music during the early months of the summer. Her unique vocals and whimsical but honest lyrics set her apart from the rest of the rising Irish female musicians.

Ailbhe has had success over the past year and a bit having her song 'Cover Me' chosen by Today FM as the accompaniment music to their 'Shave or Dye' advertising Campaign, having her song 'Flesh & Blood' chosen as Song of The Day on Folk Radio UK and playing at many festivals including TinkerMann Festival in The Isle of Man, Knockanstockan, Spirit of Folk, Whelan's Ones to Watch and Hard Working Class Heroes.

As a special treat for you guys we are releasing an exclusive live video we recorded of Ailbhe a while back playing the Unitarian Church in Dublin. Watch the exclusive video of Ailbhe Reddy performing her track 'Coffee' below.

Ailbhe Reddy is one not to miss if you are in Dingle for this years Other Voices, the girls musical potential alone is something that will get any music die-hard excited about the future of Irish music.
