Review: VYNCE – Lust EP

Vynce are a new band who come out of Liverpool. Their tropical flavoured indie-pop is infectious and bred for the festival circuit. 'Lust EP' is the bands debut EP and features three tracks that are just waiting to be let loose.

Honing their songwriting and performance over the past two years in a live setting supporting the likes of Prides,

Fickle Friends, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Blossoms and JAWS, the EPs title track features an irresistible guitar riff and a hook that sticks in your head almost instantly.

‘Fall For You’ follows which gives us a more relaxed version of Vynce which is a nice break from the non-stop energy delivered on Lust. The third track 'Taste' is a more measured song that takes inspiration from some more classic indie acts while still having a flavour of that tropical sound that flows throughout the EP.

The band are set to play a few dates including The Great Escape Festival in Brighton as well as going on tour with Lisbon.
