Songs Of The Week – 23/03/15

Each week we bring you some music that you simply must hear. Here are this weeks songs:

1. Greta Isaac – Might I Say

Welsh songstress Greta Isaac has unveiled a new song in the form of an acoustic session. The song is entitled 'Might I Say' and I challanged you to not fall in love with that voice.

2. Passenger – Travelling Alone

Passenger has announced a new album that will be released on his own record label, which will follow on from his previous album 'Whispers'. All the profits from this new album will be going towards UNICEF too (What a nice man). Check out the first song from the new record Travelling Alone.

3. COMPNY – Lovers

COMPNY have revealed new song 'Lovers' which has a feel of MGMT to it, which is not a bad thing.

4. The Staves – Make It Holy

The Staves have revealed a new live video for their track 'Make It Holy'. Having always been a favourite here at The OB Blog this band never ceases to amaze with consistently brilliant music.

5. Janet Devlin – Suantraí Meisciuil

This may be a week late seen as it was St. Patrick's Day last week but Janet Devlin's Irish version of her song 'Whisky Lullabies' just sounds so beautiful. The Irish language can be a thing of beauty!
